These are very prolific fruiting, wall to wall mushrooms. As with most Southern US mushrooms they are very heat tolerant. Some Albinism appears this gene pool as well. When a albino is elected harvest won’t be as rushed because they do not drop visible spores. The albinos will drop spores, so keep a eye out on them. Some have white/light golden caps not to be confused with true albinos.
