We assist in the initial needs determination process, establishing project objectives, undertaking a project appraisal and documenting the whole process in a project plan. This plan defines the job and provides a baseline for project measurement and control.
We then co-ordinate and manage all the different contractors and tasks, ensuring that every aspect of the job gets done effectively, on schedule, in the correct order and according to code.
